Rate of Pay: $170,872.00 per Year

Duties: Design, develop, and deploy Al/ML models for enterprise applications to improve project management efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Translate business problems into quantitative approaches and present findings to senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven narratives. Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to define and refine Al-driven solutions tailored to Bechtel's mega-projects. Implement machine learning algorithms and models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and others. Optimize ML models to enhance performance, scalability, and accuracy for enterprise use cases. Work with large-scale datasets, performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high-quality results. Deploy Al models using cloud-based platforms such as Azure Al/ML, adhering to industry best practices. Continuously monitor and enhance deployed models to ensure optimal performance and measurable business impact, maintaining compliance with governance frameworks through systematic monitoring, validation, and comprehensive documentation. Ensure Al/ML solutions align with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards specific to Bechtel projects. Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning to introduce innovative solutions that drive organizational efficiency and value. Part time telework is acceptable. Employee will work in office/project for more than 50% of working hours.

Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of experience in a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field and 7 years of experience in a related occupation. Position requires experience in: Applying machine learning techniques; Performing advanced statistical data analysis; Python Programming; AI/ML libraries, e.g. scikit-learn; Developing and optimizing SQL queries; Data visualization with Power BI; CI/CD pipelines across environments; Applying KPIs to assess product strategies and impact; Building data applications on cloud platforms for Big Data; and Extract-Transform-Load processes. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
