Job Duties Work with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and understand and analyze highly complex business requirements, particularly within the transportation domain. Translate business requirements into innovative, data-driven solutions that leverage algorithms, machine learning, AI, and generative AI technologies. Design and architect end-to-end ML, AI, Generative AI solutions, including defining data strategies, model selection, prompt engineering strategies, and evaluation frameworks. Define data requirements to build complex predictive models. Apply knowledge in data science to develop predictive models and optimization programs. Develop, fine-tune, and implement Generative AI models for applications such as natural language understanding/generation, or AI-driven automation. Develop scalable, efficient, and production ready data-driven applications. Build production-grade machine learning pipelines, incorporating advanced data engineering techniques and software development practices. Work in a team environment to lead and execute projects. Perform data analysis, visualization, data mining, and feature engineering. Implement techniques to efficiently clean and transform large data sets. Evaluate machine learning models. Deploy solutions to production using CI/CD and infrastructure as code (IaC) best practices and ensure they maintain accuracy over time. Collaborate across teams to deploy machine learning pipelines to production. Develop tools and methods to monitor and correct model drift. Telecommuting is permitted 100%. Position reports to company HQ in Westminster, CO. Standard company benefits.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in the job offered or related occupation.
