Job Duties: 1. Acquire and compile structured and unstructured data and verify its quality, accuracy, and reasonableness. Prepare and deliver visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners to implement. 2. Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions and goals. Bring structure to business requests, translate requirements into analytical project approach, and lead projects through completion. 3. Perform analysis of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. 4. Build short and intermediate term roadmap and vision for product(s). 5. Independently identify data-driven opportunities to deliver predictable, measurable improvements in business performance and client experience. 6. Own and refine product backlog. 7. Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts. 8. Develop and own recurring analytic or reporting processes. 9. Mentor, coach, train, and develop junior data analysts. 10. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. 11. May telecommute pursuant to company policies (hybrid role).

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Analyst, Specialist-related occupation.
